How much do your services cost?

Generally clients are charged by the hour but an estimate can be provided. In some cases a fixed price can be agreed but this is depending on the work required.

What should I expect when contacting you?

Following an initial discussion, we will arrange to meet you in person (if required) at a mutual location to discuss our services in full and our recommendations on how to proceed. This is all free of charge at this stage. |

What is the expected time/duration of an investigation?

Dependant on the case, this can take anything from 1-2 hours up to a couple of months, however, you will be continually updated with any developments.

Do I remain anonymous? |

Yes, at all times. We fully comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.

What happens to evidence obtained?

At case completion the evidence will be provided to the client, alternatively if the client prefers we can securely store this for later reference i.e. court hearing.

Can I stop the investigation at any time?

Yes, we will just determine the investigation costs in terms of time and expenses incurred to date.
